In-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. We require all team members to work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, our designated Anchor Days. Certain teams or positions may require additional in-office workdays.
About The Role:
As a Professional Services Consultant at Notion, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with customers, partners and cross functional teams to understand their unique challenges, design tailored solutions, and drive successful implementation and adoption of Notion across their organizations.
In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise, consultative approach, and project management skills to guide customers through Notion onboarding, configuration, and custom workflow optimization. Your ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions will be key to driving long-term customer success, adoption, and engagement with Notion.
What You'll Achieve:
Design and implement tailored customer workspaces, optimizing workflows, member management, and best practices
Develop and execute change management strategies, including engagement, communication, and learning plans to drive seamless adoption
Lead end-to-end professional services engagements, from supporting with scoping and discovery right through to execution and delivery
Provide expert guidance on workspace architecture, permissions, security, and scalability
Deliver professional services solutions across the Notion ecosystem, including with our Partners, to align with customer needs and business goals
Manage project execution, maintaining comprehensive documentation, timelines, and key deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success, enhance feature adoption, and contribute to product development
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
4+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or a similar customer-facing role
Proven success in delivering customer implementations, ensuring long-term adoption and value realization
Experience with SaaS platforms, including a solid understanding of technical concepts and integrations
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, enabling you to design effective and scalable solutions
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
Expertise in change management, driving user adoption, and successfully implementing new technologies
Exceptional stakeholder management, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels
Outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
Nice to Haves:
Experience in workspace design and information architecture
Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies
Understanding of API integrations and enterprise software ecosystems to support connectivity and automation
Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment
Exposure to project management methodologies and tools
