You understand the intricacies of operational efficiencies and have a proven track record of driving sales performance through data-driven insights. Your experience with Salesforce is extensive, allowing you to leverage its capabilities to enhance sales strategies effectively.
You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Alliances, and Customer Success. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to various stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
What you'll do
As the Sales Operations Manager at Odaseva, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies across the Americas region. You will collaborate closely with Business Stream Leaders to shape go-to-market strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Your role will involve generating data-driven insights using Salesforce to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes.
You will ensure that the necessary processes, tools, documentation, and training are in place to support the company's accelerated global expansion.
