You have a solid understanding of facilities management, including both hard and soft services, ensuring that all facilities services are delivered with high quality and in compliance with global standards. You are skilled in leading and managing strategic workplace projects, ensuring adherence to guidelines and optimizing processes for operational excellence.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the tactical and strategic management of Nubank's global facilities scope. You will lead end-to-end strategic workplace projects, ensuring that all services are delivered in alignment with Nubank's global growth objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to implement best practices and optimize processes for efficiency.
You will also be tasked with maintaining high-quality standards for workplace operations, ensuring that the facilities meet the needs of Nubank's employees and support the company's mission to redefine financial services in Latin America. Your ability to manage service delivery effectively will be crucial in creating a scalable workplace environment.
