What you'll do

As a Senior Business Control Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting Nubank's business units in achieving their objectives while managing risks effectively. You will work closely with various teams to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, developing risk management policies, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. You will also be involved in training and educating staff on risk management practices, fostering a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization. You will contribute to the continuous evolution of the Business Control Officer structure, bringing your insights and ideas to the table to create a best-in-class risk management framework.
