You have a strong background in hardware engineering, with experience in hardware repair and maintenance — you've worked on various hardware components and understand the lifecycle of hardware products. Your skills in design and prototyping allow you to contribute effectively to the development of innovative solutions. You are detail-oriented and analytical, capable of tracking and analyzing hardware failures to provide actionable insights. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering teams and external vendors to ensure compatibility and integration of hardware systems.
What you'll do
As a Hardware Specialist at Intersection, you will provide essential support to the CityBridge and Operations teams, focusing on hardware repair, maintenance, and logistics. You will assist in the design, sourcing, and prototyping of hardware components for Link products, ensuring a stable lifecycle for replaced parts. Your role will involve analyzing hardware failures and root causes, making recommendations based on data insights. You will collaborate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to enhance the architecture and design of our hardware platform, ensuring tight integration and compatibility across various products.
What we offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, along with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
