What you'll do
In this role, you will lead comprehensive insights and user experience initiatives, driving productivity with Netflix technology. You will work closely with Product and Engineering partners to identify user friction points and develop data-informed narratives that influence prioritization and portfolio decisions. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering product launch communications, checklists, and learning paths that ensure support teams are well-prepared for new workflows. You will advocate for users by converting their experiences into actionable insights that guide product development and enhance user satisfaction.
