What you'll do

As a Digital Field Technician at Intersection, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining digital assets in urban environments. Your role will involve managing on-site repairs, maintenance, and testing tasks to ensure the optimal performance of our digital networks. You will collaborate with team members across the organization to prioritize repairs and address any technical issues that arise.

You will engage in all activities related to asset placement, activation, maintenance, and removal requests. Your problem-solving abilities will be crucial in diagnosing errors or technical problems, ensuring that our digital infrastructure remains robust and reliable. You will split your time between New Jersey and Philadelphia, with regular visits to New Rochelle, contributing to the seamless operation of our services.
