What you'll do

As a Field Technician, you will support the Deployment Operations team across various partner locations. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up hardware and software, diagnosing issues, and providing on-site troubleshooting. You will work with tickets submitted via the Support Portal to resolve problems efficiently. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback on the state of hardware and software in the field, contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the team. Your role will require flexibility in hours and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team and customers.
