What you'll do

As a Junior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for executing strategies to raise awareness of InterSystems' healthcare-centric products and solutions. You will discover, qualify, and develop opportunities for InterSystems TrakCare, HealthShare, and IRIS for Health, focusing on securing new business and building long-term relationships with customers and partners. You will meet regularly with senior management in hospitals to identify strategic opportunities and act as the principal liaison between InterSystems and customers, ensuring high levels of service and engagement.
