What you'll do
As a Financial Controller at InterSystems, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting processes for the Middle East branches, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded in accordance with the company's code of practice. You will implement and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard the integrity of financial information.
You will work closely with the International Controller to develop standard accounting practices that support the business operations in the region. This includes providing assistance to managers in understanding monthly results and addressing any compliance issues with tax advisors in a timely manner.
Your role will involve training and motivating your team members, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties effectively. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce duplication of effort, ultimately contributing to cost savings for the organization.
