Who you are
You have extensive experience in leading global operations, particularly in cloud environments, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and multi-cloud infrastructure. Your background includes developing operational strategies that ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization across various cloud platforms. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Cloud Engineering, to establish infrastructure-as-code standards and CI/CD pipelines. Your leadership style emphasizes operational excellence and proactive incident response, ensuring that customer-facing environments are secure and performant.
You possess a deep understanding of observability and automation, utilizing tools like Coralogix to enhance platform visibility. Your experience includes managing teams that build and operate complex systems, and you are skilled in integrating observability, automation, and capacity management into a unified operational model. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and the ability to drive the evolution of managed services and SaaS delivery strategies.
Desirable
Experience with additional cloud services and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with deployment automation tools. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality services. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering teams to define standards for infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that deployments are efficient and reliable.
You will be accountable for the operational excellence of all managed IRIS environments, focusing on high availability and performance optimization across public and private cloud regions. Your leadership will guide the evolution of platform observability, utilizing tools like Coralogix to provide full-stack visibility and enhance the overall user experience. You will work closely with product teams to align operational strategies with product development, ensuring that the service delivery platform supports the company's growth objectives.
