You possess a deep understanding of observability and automation, utilizing tools like Coralogix to enhance platform visibility. Your experience includes managing teams that build and operate complex systems, and you are skilled in integrating observability, automation, and capacity management into a unified operational model. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and the ability to drive the evolution of managed services and SaaS delivery strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the operational strategy for the InterSystems Global Service Delivery Platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of customers and aligns with the company's broader portfolio. You will oversee the development and execution of operational models that integrate observability and automation, driving improvements in incident response and capacity management. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering teams to define standards for infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that deployments are efficient and reliable.

You will be accountable for the operational excellence of all managed IRIS environments, focusing on high availability and performance optimization across public and private cloud regions. Your leadership will guide the evolution of platform observability, utilizing tools like Coralogix to provide full-stack visibility and enhance the overall user experience. You will work closely with product teams to align operational strategies with product development, ensuring that the service delivery platform supports the company's growth objectives.
