What you'll do
In this role, you will own and maintain project trackers and status updates across AI workstreams, ensuring that all projects are progressing as planned. You will prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables to keep everyone accountable. Your coordination efforts will extend to various teams, including Research & Technology, Infrastructure, Data, and Compliance, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned. You will also act as the primary operational interface for AI vendors, managing scheduling and onboarding processes to facilitate smooth collaboration. Additionally, you will plan and draft internal updates and a monthly AI newsletter, serving as a central point of truth for AI program information.
What we offer
Garda Capital Partners offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, along with other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, healthcare plan, and a 401(k) matching program.
