You have expertise in Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and/or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), complemented by experience in healthcare operations or health IT. You excel at translating customer needs into actionable product strategies and have a collaborative mindset that drives successful outcomes. You are adept at working with diverse stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and global health systems, to ensure that solutions are user-friendly and effective. You have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to assess workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. You are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that address the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
What you'll do
As a Product Specialist at InterSystems, you will play a key role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for PAS and RCM solutions. You will act as the voice of the customer, gathering insights and feedback to inform product development.
