You have a strong background in product management or customer success, ideally with experience in onboarding and implementation processes. You understand the importance of customer experience and have a knack for building relationships with external partners. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing company. You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform product strategies and improvements. You are adaptable and enjoy the challenge of building processes from the ground up, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with the product.
What you'll do
As a Product Specialist at Sequence, you will be the driving force behind our customer onboarding journey. You will work closely with our Product, GTM, and Engineering teams to develop and scale our onboarding playbook, ensuring that our customers have a smooth transition to our platform. You will be responsible for developing global strategies for our most important external partners, focusing on building a world-class implementation function. You will gather feedback from customers to continuously improve the onboarding process and ensure that their needs are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product features with customer expectations and drive adoption. Your role will involve analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, allowing you to make informed decisions that enhance the overall customer experience. You will also participate in product assessments and contribute to the overall product strategy, ensuring that Sequence remains competitive in the market.
