What you'll do

As a Product Expert, you will be a key voice in our online communities and customer meetings, ensuring that customer feedback is integrated into the product roadmap. You will create resources for both internal and external teams to help them realize the value of our products. Your role will involve participating in in-person events to showcase Veeva CRM and its capabilities. You will work closely with the product organization to ensure that customer insights are prioritized in product development. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate product features and benefits effectively. Your contributions will help shape the future of Veeva CRM and enhance customer satisfaction.
