Who you are

You have a strong background in Healthcare IT and project management, with experience delivering integrated healthcare solutions in a customer-facing role. You understand the full project lifecycle from initiation to go-live, and you are adept at managing project teams to ensure accountability and positive action. Your ability to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders sets you apart. You are skilled in producing and managing project plans, quality plans, and communication plans, ensuring that all team members are compliant with relevant procedures and policies.

You excel in resource planning and management, effectively carrying out the management and escalation of risks and issues. Your experience includes managing project budgets and proactively handling changes in project scope throughout the project lifecycle. You are a strong communicator, ensuring appropriate communication between project team members and stakeholders, and you lead the 'handover to support' activities after project go-live. You also facilitate 'lessons learned' activities to improve future project implementations.

What you'll do

As a Project Manager at InterSystems, you will manage project team members and influence them to take positive action and accountability. You will define the project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, producing and managing the Project Implementation Plan and other key project documents. Your responsibilities will include carrying out resource planning and management, managing the project budget, and ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and policies.

You will proactively manage changes in project scope and ensure effective communication between project team members and stakeholders. Your role will also involve leading the 'handover to support' activities after go-live and conducting 'lessons learned' activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for producing the Project Closure Report and ensuring that all project documentation is completed and archived appropriately.
