Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience managing implementation projects in the healthcare IT sector, particularly within public or private healthcare organizations. Your expertise includes overseeing the full project lifecycle, from kick-off to execution, go-live, and closure, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You possess direct knowledge of Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and have a proven track record of leading diverse and multidisciplinary teams. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project.

You are adept at resource management and monitoring timelines and budgets, allowing you to navigate challenges and make informed decisions that keep projects on track. Your experience in managing contracts and customer obligations equips you to handle escalations related to project changes effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take end-to-end responsibility for the project lifecycle, planning and executing TrakCare implementation projects within Italy. You will ensure that all project objectives are defined clearly and that quality control is maintained throughout the entire process, following InterSystems’ customer engagement methodology.

You will monitor customer and third-party obligations, managing escalations related to any agreed project changes. Your role will require regular travel to customer sites, approximately 70–80% of the time, to ensure that projects are progressing as planned and to address any issues that may arise on-site.

You will coordinate effectively with your team, securing the necessary resources and ensuring that everyone is working towards the same goals. Your ability to lead and motivate your team will be crucial in delivering successful project outcomes that meet contractual commitments and agreed deadlines.
