You are a soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a relevant field, eager to build a strong foundation in software engineering. You are excited about the opportunity to work in a rotational program that offers diverse experiences across various product teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and are ready to contribute to real codebases while learning from seasoned professionals.
You possess a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of software engineering, with an interest in front-end, back-end, or full-stack development. You are open to mentorship and guidance, understanding the value of learning from experienced engineers. You are adaptable and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment, contributing to meaningful projects that impact healthcare, financial services, and more.
What you'll do
In this program, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding and training process that lasts three weeks, where you will learn core technologies, tools, platforms, and best practices essential for your development journey. Following this, you will complete two six-week rotations, working on software development projects with different InterSystems product teams, such as HealthShare and IntelliCare. This hands-on experience will allow you to apply your knowledge and skills in real-world scenarios, enhancing your technical capabilities.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, gaining exposure to interoperability platforms, data infrastructure, and clinical systems. Throughout the program, you will receive mentorship and support from experienced engineers who will guide you in your career development. At the end of the program, you will transition to a long-term role with a team that aligns with your interests and business needs, setting the stage for a successful career in software engineering.
