Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong technical background and experience in product development, ideally with a focus on customer lifecycle management. You are skilled at triaging requests and designing effective technical solutions that meet customer needs. Your ability to troubleshoot and innovate is complemented by your experience in release management and automated testing, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

You are comfortable visiting customer sites, such as hospitals and laboratories, to engage with clients and implementation partners. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with internal teams, including implementation, services, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. You thrive in environments where you can act as a technical authority, guiding product development and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Technical Product Specialist, you will act as the technical authority for local product development, guiding the team through the customer lifecycle. You will review proposals and contracts, define technical solutions, and estimate delivery efforts to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Leading and participating in technical workshops with customers and partners will be a key part of your role, allowing you to gather insights and feedback that inform product enhancements.

You will design, develop, test, and deliver integrations, reports, data migrations, and custom features that align with customer requirements. Supporting implementation, validation, Go-Live, and handover to support teams will be essential to your responsibilities, ensuring that all technical aspects are managed effectively. Additionally, you will provide third-line support and deliver enhancements through change control, collaborating closely with product and project teams to drive continuous improvement.
