You are adept at developing, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations and platform configurations — your technical expertise enables you to resolve acceptance issues both pre- and post-go-live, ensuring that live environments run smoothly. You take pride in producing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation and training materials, which are essential for knowledge transfer and team collaboration. Mentoring team members is a key part of your role, as you contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery quality within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting complex technical implementations and customizations across InterSystems platforms. You will analyze enhancement requests, assessing feasibility, risk, and development effort to ensure successful project outcomes.
