You have substantial experience in healthcare technology and are familiar with the InterSystems technology stack — your background includes delivering complex technical tasks and supporting implementations in the NHS landscape. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess enhancement requests and determine feasibility and risk effectively. Your experience includes providing technical guidance to project managers and implementation teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
You are adept at developing, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing integrations and platform configurations — your technical expertise enables you to resolve acceptance issues both pre- and post-go-live, ensuring that live environments run smoothly. You take pride in producing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation and training materials, which are essential for knowledge transfer and team collaboration. Mentoring team members is a key part of your role, as you contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery quality within your team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting complex technical implementations and customizations across InterSystems platforms. You will analyze enhancement requests, assessing feasibility, risk, and development effort to ensure successful project outcomes. Providing technical guidance to project managers and implementation teams will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, as you help navigate the complexities of healthcare technology solutions.

You will also contribute to extended support rotas, ensuring that your expertise is available when needed.
