You are detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality technical documentation and training materials — your documentation skills ensure that all stakeholders are well-informed and equipped to handle the solutions you implement. Mentoring team members is a passion of yours, and you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery quality within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting complex technical implementations and customizations across InterSystems platforms. You will analyze enhancement requests, assessing feasibility, risk, and development effort to ensure successful project outcomes. Providing technical guidance to project managers and implementation teams will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you help navigate the complexities of healthcare technology.

You will develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations and platform configurations, ensuring that all solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Resolving acceptance issues pre- and post-go-live will be crucial, as you support live environments and ensure a smooth transition for users.

Producing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation and training materials will be essential for the success of your projects. You will participate in peer reviews, on-site implementations, technical training, and extended support rotas, contributing to the overall success of the team.
