You have experience in providing technical support for application development, particularly using InterSystemsโ€™ technology stack. You are skilled in troubleshooting and performance analysis, and you understand the importance of providing best practices to partners for installation, configuration, and operation of products. You are proactive in escalating unresolved issues and are committed to producing high-quality technical documentation and training materials.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide immediate responses to customer inquiries in accordance with service standards. You will offer technical support for application development, helping developers build and support real-world applications that make a tangible impact. You will work closely with some of Italyโ€™s most influential healthcare organizations, contributing to projects that shape the future of the industry. Your responsibilities will include advising partners on best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and producing training materials and technical documentation.

You will continuously improve customer satisfaction by soliciting customer suggestions for product and service improvements and escalating these suggestions to management. You will also focus on improving response times to customer inquiries by enhancing communication strategies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of support and that their needs are met effectively.
