What you'll do

In this role, you will consult with clients to determine their IT needs and design appropriate solutions. You will provide sales support by scoping and defining solutions, ensuring that client expectations are met. Your responsibilities will include planning and scheduling for refresh and renewal cycles, managing client relationships, and executing projects while solving day-to-day IT tasks. You will continue to learn new technologies and complete training tracks to enhance your skills. Working within a team environment, you will support and contribute to team tasks, fostering collaboration and innovation.
