What you'll do

In this role, you will consult with clients to assess their IT needs and design tailored solutions that meet those requirements. You will provide essential sales support by scoping and defining solutions that align with client expectations. Your responsibilities will include planning and scheduling for refresh and renewal cycles, ensuring that clients receive timely updates and support. You will manage client relationships with a focus on empathy and efficiency, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to their IT challenges. Additionally, you will execute various IT projects and handle day-to-day tasks, all while continuing to learn new technologies and complete relevant training tracks. Working within a team environment, you will support and contribute to team tasks, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
