Job Description
Who you are
You have hands-on experience working with agentic AI systems in real or near-production environments β you understand the intricacies of multi-step reasoning agents and tool-using agents, and you are comfortable with human-in-the-loop workflows. Your strong problem-solving ability and curiosity around emerging AI capabilities enable you to navigate complex challenges effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Customer Success teams to translate customer needs into actionable insights. You are confident in your ability to evaluate agent performance in production and distill insights from field engagements and system data to inform product priorities.
What you'll do
As an Agentic AI Analyst at Invoca, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the emerging category of agentic AI applications. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify, evaluate, and operationalize innovative agentic use cases that directly improve customer outcomes. Your responsibilities will include contributing to building new features, evaluating agent performance in production, and translating ambiguity into clear product priorities. You will also engage with stakeholders to ensure that the AI solutions align with Invocaβs strategic vision and customer needs.
What we offer
Invoca offers a competitive salary range of $94,000 to $134,000 per year, plus bonus potential. You will be part of a fast-growing team where innovation and collaboration are at the core of our culture.
