What you'll do

As a Staff / Principal AI Engineer at Inworld AI, you will lead the development of cutting-edge speech modeling technologies, focusing on both Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems. You will conduct research to explore new methodologies and implement machine learning techniques that enhance the performance of our conversational AI applications. Your role will involve designing and building robust pipelines and tools that support the development of real-time AI applications across various domains, including gaming, health, and social interactions.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and ensure that the AI solutions meet user needs. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring junior engineers, guiding them in best practices for AI development, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team. You will be instrumental in driving the technical direction of projects and ensuring that Inworld AI remains at the forefront of the AI industry.
