Inworld AI is hiring a GTM Lead to grow their sales presence in North America. You'll work closely with the VP of Revenue to manage key prospects and customers, ensuring a seamless experience. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a strategic mindset.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in go-to-market strategies and business development, ideally within the tech or AI sectors. Your experience includes managing key accounts and translating complex customer needs into actionable solutions. You excel at building trust and technical credibility with clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from their first interaction with the company.
You are comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and growth teams to drive deals forward. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is one of your key strengths, allowing you to navigate complex discussions and foster collaboration.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or technology industry is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT. You are based in the SF Bay Area or are willing to relocate, and you thrive in an on-site work environment where you can engage directly with your team and clients.
What you'll do
As the GTM Lead, you will work directly with the VP of Revenue to expand Inworld's sales presence in North America. Your role will involve managing some of the company's most important prospects and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive tailored solutions. You will be hands-on in shaping the customer experience, guiding them through the sales process and beyond.
You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that the solutions offered align with customer expectations and technical capabilities. Your insights will help inform product development and marketing strategies, making you a key player in the company's growth.
What we offer
Inworld AI offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $180,000, along with commission, bonuses, equity, and benefits.
