What you'll do

As a Staff UX Engineer at Inworld AI, you will own the frontend development of interactive demos and playgrounds that showcase the capabilities of our conversational AI technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure that the final product aligns with user expectations. Your role will involve building high-quality user interfaces using React and TypeScript, with a strong emphasis on performance and usability.

You will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements that enhance the overall frontend quality of our applications. This includes optimizing existing features and developing new functionalities that contribute to a better user experience. You will also engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision by providing insights based on user feedback and analytics. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our technology in various applications, from gaming to health and education. You will work on-site in our Mountain View office, collaborating closely with your team to drive innovation and excellence in user experience design.

What we offer

Inworld AI offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $260,000, along with bonuses, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
