Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience in backend engineering, particularly with Java and Go, and you understand the intricacies of building production systems at scale. Your expertise in writing high-quality, testable, and efficient code is complemented by a solid architectural understanding of web applications and APIs. You thrive in large-scale production environments and have experience with concurrency, which gives you an edge in developing robust applications. Familiarity with modern DevOps tools like Docker and Kubernetes is essential, as you will be working in a cloud-native environment. You are proactive in initiating and promoting new ideas for continuous improvement, and you enjoy collaborating closely with team members and product colleagues to drive feature development from design to production.
Desirable
Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks is a plus, as is exposure to architectural discussions and design sessions that promote scalability and maintainability. You stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to DevOps and the software development lifecycle, which helps you contribute effectively to the team.
What you'll do
