Who you are

You have a strong background in human resources, with at least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering or a similar role — you've successfully driven talent management strategies and fostered a positive workplace culture. Your ability to build trust and influence stakeholders is key to your success in this role.

You are passionate about employee engagement and retention — you understand the importance of aligning organizational values with employee experiences. You have a proven track record of developing proactive talent management plans that address skills gaps and succession planning.

You are a strategic thinker who can analyze organizational needs and implement effective HR solutions — your experience in managing change and delivering exceptional employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle sets you apart. You are committed to being a guardian of company values and ensuring alignment across teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report to the VP of HR North America and collaborate with senior leadership to drive business results — you will be instrumental in strengthening the resilience of the organization by implementing retention and engagement strategies. You will ensure that employees have clear goals and are held accountable for their performance.

You will develop and deliver on hiring, onboarding, cultural, compensation, and development needs for the team — your focus will be on creating a supportive environment that fosters growth and development. You will work closely with the Employee Experience team to enhance the overall workplace culture and ensure that employees feel valued and engaged.

Your responsibilities will also include identifying talent gaps and implementing leadership development programs — you will play a key role in succession planning and ensuring that the organization is prepared for future challenges. You will be a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data and best practices.
