What you'll do

As a People Data Automation Analyst, you will build reliable datasets and prepare reporting for leadership reviews. You will conduct data gathering and analysis for Executive Business Reviews and ad-hoc deep dives, ensuring that the data is accurate and actionable. Your role will involve owning the preparation of reporting and slide-ready data exports for these reviews, which are crucial for informed decision-making.

You will collaborate with various teams, including People Systems, Finance, and Data Platform, to validate and document datasets used for People reporting. Your expertise will help in building and automating recurring reporting based on existing frameworks and stakeholder feedback. You will also partner with data warehouse engineering to ensure compliance with job posting standards and data governance.
