Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, with experience leading cross-company initiatives and managing complex software programs from inception to market release. Your ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, R&D, and GTM teams ensures alignment with company strategy and goals. You possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, allowing you to present data-driven insights to leadership effectively. Your familiarity with OKR methodologies and stream-aligned team processes is essential for driving progress and facilitating management decision-making. You are proficient in using Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem, including advanced Roadmaps and Structure, to track updates and manage projects efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Program Manager at JFrog, you will lead cross-company product initiatives, holding end-to-end plans and driving progress across various teams. You will manage highly technical cross-functional software programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, as well as mid and upper management, to ensure that projects meet the company's strategic commitments and objectives. You will facilitate management decision-making by providing clear visibility into project progress and updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data-driven insights to support informed decision-making at the leadership level. Your expertise in program management will be crucial in steering initiatives through different teams, from planning to delivery.
