WHOOP is seeking a Technical Program Manager (NPI) to lead manufacturing development for new hardware programs. You'll work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure high-quality program delivery. This role requires experience in managing hardware programs from concept through production ramp.

Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, particularly in the hardware development space. Your experience includes leading manufacturing programs from early concept through production ramp, ensuring that all aspects of the program are executed effectively. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to drive projects to successful completion.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can navigate complex issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders ensures that everyone is aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results on time.
What you'll do
As a Technical Program Manager at WHOOP, you will own the execution of manufacturing programs for new hardware initiatives. This involves working closely with Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, CapEx, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure that products are developed, validated, and launched on schedule. You will be responsible for ensuring factory readiness and resolving any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
You will lead cross-functional meetings to track progress, address challenges, and ensure that all teams are working towards the same goals. Your role will also involve monitoring project timelines and deliverables, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track. You will play a crucial role in the successful launch of WHOOP's innovative products, contributing to the company's mission of unlocking human performance and healthspan.
