JFrog is hiring a Strategic Solution Architect, Presales to guide Fortune 500 customers in building robust software delivery processes. You'll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams, leveraging your technical skills in DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in software delivery processes and a passion for helping customers succeed in their DevSecOps journey. With experience in presales or technical sales, you understand how to articulate the value of complex solutions to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Your technical skills in DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps enable you to provide insightful guidance to clients, helping them navigate their software delivery challenges. You are open to remote work and are located within the East Coast, allowing you to engage effectively with clients in that region.
Desirable
Experience with JFrog products or similar tools in the software delivery space is a plus. Familiarity with cloud technologies and agile methodologies will enhance your ability to support customers effectively. You are a proactive communicator, capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams alike.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Solution Architect, Presales at JFrog, you will engage with some of the most strategic customers, guiding them through their DevSecOps journey. You will leverage JFrogβs products to help clients build robust software delivery processes, ensuring they understand the technical and business value of our solutions. Collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will conduct presentations and demonstrations, showcasing how JFrog can enhance their software delivery capabilities. Your role will involve gathering customer feedback to inform product development and improve our offerings. You will also participate in strategic planning sessions, contributing your insights to shape the direction of our solutions.
