Socure is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant – Pre-Sales to act as a trusted technical advisor for clients, helping them understand and implement identity verification solutions. This role requires strong consultative selling skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Who you are
You have a strong background in consultative selling and technical strategy, ideally with experience in identity verification or fraud prevention solutions. You understand the complexities of client needs and can effectively communicate how Socure's offerings can address those challenges. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable leading technical workshops and Proof-of-Concept (POC) designs. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Data Science, sets you apart as a trusted advisor.
You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, allowing you to navigate complex customer requirements with precision. Your experience working with large financial institutions or fintech companies gives you insight into the unique challenges they face in combating fraud. You are passionate about building relationships and ensuring a seamless technical journey for clients from evaluation through adoption.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the technical lead during the sales cycle, understanding client needs and mapping them to Socure's solutions. You will lead discovery sessions, solutioning discussions, and technical workshops, ensuring that clients fully grasp the value of our identity verification and fraud prevention solutions. Your expertise will be critical in designing effective Proof-of-Concepts that demonstrate the capabilities of our products.
You will partner closely with Sales to identify opportunities and drive the technical aspects of the sales process. Collaborating with Product and Data Science teams, you will ensure that our solutions meet client expectations and deliver on their promises. Your role will also involve providing feedback to the product team based on client interactions, helping to shape future product developments.
