What you'll do

As the Vice President of Solution Engineering, you will define and execute a high-impact technical strategy that aligns with JFrog's vision of seamless software delivery. You will lead a team of technical experts, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles. Your responsibilities will include shaping go-to-market strategies that resonate with customers and drive adoption of JFrog's solutions. You will oversee the pre-sales process, ensuring that your team articulates complex value propositions effectively and executes technical validations flawlessly. You will also be responsible for mentoring the next generation of JFrog talent, fostering an environment where innovation and collaboration thrive. Your role will involve close collaboration with other departments to ensure alignment on customer needs and business objectives. You will track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of your team and the solutions offered to customers.
