Your experience includes defining and executing high-impact technical strategies that align with business goals. You are a visionary architect who understands the complexities of the DevSecOps lifecycle and can articulate value propositions effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about mentoring the next generation of talent.
You possess strong leadership skills and have successfully scaled pre-sales engines in previous roles. Your ability to coach and empower teams is complemented by your hands-on approach to leadership. You are adept at navigating the challenges of a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll do
As the Vice President of Solution Engineering, you will lead a team of technical experts, shaping the technical journey for our North American customers. You will define and execute a high-impact technical strategy that aligns with JFrog's vision of seamless software delivery. Your role will involve scaling a pre-sales engine that excels at articulating complex value propositions and executing flawless technical validations. You will coach and empower your team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed in their roles.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer value and accelerate the customer journey from initial discovery to production-ready adoption. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping bold go-to-market strategies and scaling world-class engineering practices. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing the next generation of JFrog talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
