NICE is hiring a Solutions Engineer to drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. You'll engage with clients and collaborate with internal teams to articulate technical advantages. This role requires strong communication and technical skills.

Who you are

You are a Solutions Engineer with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy engaging with clients to understand their needs. You have experience in conducting discovery conversations and needs analysis, allowing you to effectively match customer requirements with technical solutions. You are comfortable presenting technical information to both business and technical audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding. You are proactive in managing the technical sales process and have a knack for creating compelling presentations that resonate with clients. You are detail-oriented and can navigate complex technical discussions with ease.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary technical resource for the field sales force, actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. You will engage with client decision-makers to understand their technical needs and articulate how NICE's solutions can meet those needs. You will collaborate closely with other Solution Engineers, Solution Sales Executives, and Product Management to ensure a coordinated approach to solution development. Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery conversations, leading personalized demonstrations, and validating customer requirements. You will create and deliver customer-centric technical presentations that connect technical features to business outcomes. Your role will be crucial in demonstrating NICE's technical advantages and ensuring a smooth transition from evaluation to sale.
