Who you are

You are a professional with a background in administrative careers, bringing at least 5 years of experience in coordinating operational processes and managing personnel for assigned accounts. You understand the importance of ensuring a 360-degree service for clients, and you excel in maintaining strong relationships with both clients and team members. Your organizational skills allow you to oversee multiple areas effectively, ensuring that all agreements are met and that the service provided is of the highest quality.

You possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and are adept at managing various tasks simultaneously. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to navigate complex situations and ensure that client needs are met promptly and efficiently. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating client requirements to your team and ensuring that everyone is aligned with the service goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the client receives a comprehensive service experience. You will manage the administration of personnel assigned to the accounts, ensuring that all operational processes are coordinated effectively. Your mission will be to follow up on various areas to guarantee that all agreements made with clients are fulfilled. You will work closely with different teams to ensure that the service provided meets the expectations of our clients and contributes to their overall satisfaction.

You will also be tasked with identifying areas for improvement in service delivery and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations, allowing you to tailor services accordingly. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the relationship between the client and our company, ensuring that we are seen as a trusted partner in their operations.
