You are detail-oriented and collaborative, excited to grow in a client-facing, operations-focused role. You have a knack for monitoring brand and merchant metrics daily to maintain strong operational health, and you enjoy assisting with campaign execution, including uploading campaigns and pulling performance reports. You are proactive in addressing and resolving client issues or questions in a timely, professional, and solution-oriented manner. Your organizational skills shine as you pull and organize operational and marketing metrics to help identify risks and opportunities. You are comfortable providing administrative support by preparing reports, documenting processes, and taking meeting notes to ensure alignment on next steps.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the Account Management team by helping ensure strong operational health across a portfolio of accounts. You will play a key part in keeping day-to-day activities running smoothly, enabling Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to focus on strategic priorities. Your responsibilities will include tracking project execution, monitoring brand and merchant metrics, assisting with campaign execution, and supporting merchant onboarding by setting up new locations. You will also be responsible for pulling and organizing operational and marketing metrics to help identify risks and opportunities. Addressing client issues and providing administrative support will be essential to your role, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
