You'll be responsible for communicating the Jumio value proposition and qualifying opportunities for Account Executives. Your ability to research companies and contacts will enable you to identify and qualify opportunities efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive growth.
You understand the importance of being well-versed in the functionality and value of Jumioβs ID Verification and AML/Compliance solutions. Your proactive approach to connecting with prospects through phone and email will help you respond to inbound leads and generate sales-qualified leads for Account Executives. You are detail-oriented, documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate tracking of your efforts.
What you'll do
As a Business Development Representative at Jumio, you will be the front line of offense in acquiring new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with prospects using various communication channels, including phone and email. You will respond to all inbound leads promptly, ensuring that no opportunity is missed. Your role will involve procuring Sales Qualified Leads for Account Executives, which will require you to qualify each opportunity thoroughly before passing it along.
You will work closely with the sales team to accelerate the sales cycle for Enterprise accounts, extending reach into target accounts. Your insights and recommendations for process enhancements will contribute to more targeted demand generation efforts and improved selling techniques. Throughout your interactions, you will represent and protect the Jumio brand with integrity and professionalism, ensuring that all communications reflect the company's values.
