What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the global month-end close processes, ensuring that all financial results are delivered accurately and on time. You will oversee Accounts Payable and General Ledger operations, coordinating the development and maturity of the Shared Services organization. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing global month-end close packages, driving continuous acceleration of close cycles, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
You will work closely with the Director of Accounting to align your team's goals with the company's strategic objectives. Your role will involve fostering a culture of continuous improvement, where team members are encouraged to take ownership of their work and contribute to the overall success of the organization. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles.
