You are comfortable interacting with clients' executive teams and auditors, serving as a subject matter expert on complex accounting issues. Your experience includes leading client engagements and delivering operational due diligence for complex transactions such as IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. You have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and are adept at driving client deliverables of financial and regulatory information.

What you'll do

As a Director at CFGI, you will take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded. You will lead client engagements, guiding clients through complex accounting issues and driving conclusions that align with their business objectives. Your role will involve mentoring senior managers, managers, and consultants, acting as a moral and ethical role model within the firm. You will also be responsible for process improvement projects and the implementation of changes that enhance client service and operational efficiency.

You will enjoy the flexibility of working in various locations, including office, remote, and client sites, depending on engagement specifics. Your contributions will not only impact your clients but also enhance the overall knowledge base of the firm through the development of training materials and participation in higher-level training opportunities.
