You have a strong background in program management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in operational roles focused on privacy or compliance. You understand the intricacies of privacy regulations and can translate them into actionable project plans. Your experience with tools like Jira and Confluence allows you to document processes effectively and maintain project visibility. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of milestones. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, and Support to integrate privacy requirements into daily operations. You are not just a project manager; you are a proactive problem solver who can identify potential issues before they arise and implement solutions. You are committed to maintaining compliance and operational excellence in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the privacy program’s project portfolio, ensuring that timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. You will use Jira and Confluence to document processes, maintain project tracking, and create dashboards that provide program visibility to leadership. You will develop, maintain, and report on privacy program metrics and KPIs, ensuring that the organization is aligned with required practices. You will oversee Jumio’s end-to-end Data Subject Request (DSR) process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses. Additionally, you will maintain privacy policies and procedures, ensuring that all departments are aware of and compliant with privacy requirements. Your role will be crucial in strengthening Jumio’s trust and compliance readiness while supporting the responsible use of data and AI technologies.
