You understand the complexities of privacy laws and regulations, particularly in relation to AI and cloud computing. Your ability to communicate effectively with various teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and operations, is essential for advising on compliance matters. You are proactive in identifying privacy risks and developing solutions that align with business objectives. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to perform thorough vendor and third-party privacy risk assessments. You are adaptable and can navigate the rapidly-evolving regulatory landscape with ease.

What you'll do

As a Privacy Manager at Nebius AI, you will work closely with business and technology teams to identify and mitigate privacy risks. You will advise various departments on compliance with privacy laws and regulations, ensuring that the company operates within legal frameworks while pursuing its business goals. Your role will involve conducting vendor and third-party privacy risk assessments, particularly focusing on cloud providers and managed service vendors. You will collaborate with the Group Privacy Office to develop strategies that support cross-border data transfers and enhance overall privacy compliance. You will also stay updated on emerging privacy regulations and trends, providing insights and recommendations to the team. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a culture of privacy awareness within the organization and ensuring that privacy considerations are integrated into business processes.
