Desirable

Experience with Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR) is a plus, as is familiarity with real-time data processing and threat analysis. You are proactive in your approach to learning new technologies and methodologies, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at JumpCloud, you will play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of our active defense platform. You will be responsible for ingesting high-volume risk signals and analyzing threats in real-time, ensuring that our systems can respond to attacks swiftly and effectively. Your work will directly impact the security posture of our clients, making it essential that you deliver high-quality, reliable code.

You will collaborate closely with other engineers and security analysts to bridge the gap between raw data and actionable intelligence. This involves building the infrastructure that powers our machine learning models and supports our Security Operations Center (SOC) analysts in their threat-hunting efforts. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
