Your expertise in security systems, particularly in Identity & Access Management (IAM), is well-established — you have hands-on experience with OAuth, security tokens, SSO, and federation, which allows you to build robust systems that protect customer and partner identities. What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Five9, you will play a crucial role in the development of the next generation of our SaaS platform — your responsibilities will include designing and implementing microservices that enable AI-driven customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and contribute to architectural improvements that enhance system performance.

You will also be tasked with building and enhancing IAM systems, ensuring they meet the security needs of our enterprise customers.
