You have a proven track record in trade marketing, with experience leading go-to-market strategies that connect brands with consumers. Your ability to build and activate marketing programs that drive product visibility and loyalty is key to your success. You thrive on insight-driven strategies and have a knack for turning big ideas into real-world marketing moments that resonate with consumers. You are a builder at heart, capable of collaborating across teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with sales and brand objectives.

You possess strong leadership skills, having successfully managed teams and projects in fast-paced environments. Your experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus, as it gives you a unique perspective on market dynamics and consumer behavior. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of trade and field marketing across the JuneShine Brands portfolio, which includes JuneShine, Flying Embers, and Willie’s Remedy+. You will be the key connector between the brand, sales, and distributor networks, ensuring that marketing programs are effectively executed to drive product movement and brand loyalty. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing programs that enhance brand visibility and engagement in retail environments.

You will leverage consumer insights to shape retail, event, and partnership activations that deliver growth in every market. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will ensure that marketing initiatives align with sales goals and effectively support product launches and promotions. You will also analyze market trends and consumer feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve program effectiveness.
