Sitetracker is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to own and innovate their events presence, driving revenue growth and pipeline generation. You'll manage logistics for US events and contribute to global initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder situations.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in field marketing, with experience managing multiple events and trade shows. Your ability to build trust and influence without authority allows you to navigate complex stakeholder situations effectively. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing logistics independently, ensuring smooth execution of events. Your solutions-oriented attitude helps you swiftly resolve any issues that arise during event planning and execution.

You are results-oriented and understand the importance of measurable ROI in marketing initiatives. Your strong teamwork and communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. You are comfortable with travel and ready to take ownership of end-to-end planning and execution for all US events, contributing to the company's broader market reach.

What you'll do

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the planning and execution of US-focused programs, meticulously orchestrating everything from strategic conception to on-site delivery. You will eliminate operational bottlenecks and significantly scale pipeline efforts, directly impacting revenue growth. Your role will also involve supporting the logistics and planning for select global events, contributing to a portfolio that spans over 24 events worldwide.

You will be responsible for managing event logistics, including vendor relations, shipping, booth operations, and onsite staffing. Your ability to navigate conflicting priorities and last-minute changes will be crucial in maintaining trust and driving quick decisions. You will work closely with a high-performing and collaborative team, driving new ideas and elevating execution across all marketing initiatives.
