What you'll do

The Customer Support team at Justworks is in charge of solving all customer service inquiries, no matter how big or small. You will represent all of Justworks, taking pride in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will involve interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to their issues. You will work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
